Door and Trim painting
If you have wood doors and plan to stain them, the first step is to choose the stain color. Always test the stain on the piece you'll be staining, in an inconspicuous area, such as the bottom of the door. This will give you a better representation of the actual color rather than relying solely on the color swatch. Remember that different wood species (pine, oak, maple, etc.) absorb stain differently depending on their porosity and grain. That said, even the same types of wood can stain slightly different shades.
Door and trim paint is a coating used to paint doors, frames, and other wood, metal, or fiberglass elements.
